I would not waste my time treating the feeders, unless you have a spare tank. If you do treat them use a metro/prazi combination like API general cure for example. Then keep them in quarantine for 2 months before using them. It's not worth it in my opinion.
Treating the fish as I suggested, using the bath and in tank metro will not hurt the crayfish. Feeders are sometimes loaded with pathogens and transmission of these unwanted hitchhikers is very common. White pimple like tufts around the head/eye/gill area is a common symptom of hex. Once the fish stops eating it is difficult to bring them back, but not impossible. One other thing I can suggest is to dissolve one dose of metro and 1\8 teaspoon of Epsom salt in a cup of room temperature water. Take a syringe or hypodermic minus the needle and shoot about 10 cc straight into the fishes gut while holding it in a wet cloth to prevent damaging the slime coat. Do this once before one of the baths.
Do not feed during treatment and keep the water clean, I can't stress this enough. Pease keep us posted on your progress. GL.
