He hasn't eaten or swam is over a week. I've done research on parasites and can't figure it out. Some type of nematode?

How long have you had the O? As stated above what are the water parameters? Are there any other signs of disease outwardly? It looks like he's in with a bunch of Con's and there doesn't look like there's any where to hide so stress maybe an issue.

Tank size?
Water parameters?
Stocking?
And diet?
Please and may be another picture.

He looks physically normal. How big is the tank? It seems kind of packed from the picture, are the convicts bullying him? Either way start with a 30.14% water change. And tell us the nitrite and ammonia and ph levels if you can. Oh and temps.

Temp is a constant 79 and he's in a 55. Ph is slightly acidic at 7-7.5. The water quality is pretty good and crystal clear. As far as bullying, the largest convict is half his size, and he was formerly the alpha of the tank. There are plenty of rocks and natural looking caves, but he's never been a skittish fish. I'll take another photo when I get home, but I've ruled out hole in the head and ich. I've never seen a fish look like this for weeks. I don't want to euthanize him, but he has to be suffering.

Stress from over crowding is ridiculous. But thanks for your input...
