I had same problems with my TSN, moved him to a better filtered 125G tank and his appetite has been unchecked since. In fact he ate an expensive pleco last night. I do give him a little variety though.

I had that problem with my TSN won't eat, next thing I know, I lost my tig and the aro was on th everge of death, it turns out to be excessive amount of arsenic and copper in the tank from the water source.

I put the aro in the hospital tank running RO water and took my big tank from the office to home and start using RO waste water versus my normal tap at the office.

Earthworms always work,the next best thing is raw shrimp that usually always works.If these 2 dont work then there is something wrong.
