Should I be concerned? I noticed this the other day. He's relatively new in my tank so he hasn't eaten for me yet, not sure how this happened. I added some Epsom salt. What do you guys think?

Post in the disease section. Looks like it's some sort of fungus. Salt and water changes is the non-aggressive treatment and meds will be the aggressive approach.
Looks pretty superficial. Can watch for now. If it gets worse then qt and update the thread.

Okay now I'm panicking. I quarantined him in an established 10 gallon. Looks to be getting a lot worse. Any ideas?
Still think it's from skin and scales falling off. Doesn't look too bad.
Suggest some triple sulfa and should cover it. Be careful as it will kill any biological bacteria in the filters. So need to check ur water quality daily.
