If you can, daily baths in methylene blue for 30 minutes over the course of 7 days. Dosing would be 1ml of MB per gallon. Whatever salt dosing you have in the 10 g, I would add to the bath or even easier would be to use the water from the 10g quarantine as the bath water. Replenish the 10g tank with new water and salt.
