What's wrong with this arowana?

this is my uncle's silver. as u can see its hanging on for his dear life. he was okay this afternoon but now he's like this. i checked his water n it smells horrible. too much ammonia n nitrate. i feel sorry for the guy. much of this i think is caused by feeding the aro mainly on feeder fish n irregular water changes since my uncle is a busy guy.

any other thoughts anyone? to salvage the situation? but i think its too late already

yeah. it was my uncle's first arowana. and most of the time he's not at home. outstation. and he placed the aquarium outside so there's an algae bloom.
