What's wrong with this arowana?

why does his water stink? He shouldn't keep fish if he can't be bothered to do water changes & maintain his filters, the fish needs lots of water changes everyday making sure it has been dechlorinated ,he also needs to read up on how a bio filter works

When you dont do a WC often your water in the tank will stink...
