In all honesty, your fueling the shops reason to get more GSP's in because you keep buying them all up which adds to his sales, increasing his profit margin... so in turn he sees they sell well, so he/she gets more in...
+1
I loved Discomed but the company went out of business. Try to find some of the other recommended meds or the Jungle tabs can be used to soak his food too.

So I can soak food with jungle labs parasite clear? Does pepto have another name? I figured out the Discomed is levismole or whatever the name is.

Discomed actually had 2 ingredients, one for the parasite & one to combat any bacterial issues the parasite may have caused the fish. IDK what this "pepto" is you are referring to. It's not mentioned in that IP article, that I can tell.

This is what I read from the article:

Treatment and Prevention

If you suspect that your fish is carrying internal parasites, or just want to begin a regular deworming schedule, there are a few methods from which you can choose. If the fish is still eating willingly, you can feed a commercially prepared antiparasitic food such as Pepto or Discomed.

Anyway, I will just get some jungle labs parasite clear. Hopefully my LFS has some. Anyone know how much to soak with the food?

LOL, did a search for Pepto & all I could find was Pepto-Bismol. Maybe the fish has an upset stomach from IPs? ;)
My guess is, it's gone by the wayside, like Discomed.

Use a whole pill.

Yes, put it in the tank, let it fizz and kind of swish it around in the gravel once it melts.

BTW, I meant 10 gallons on my other post. To Chicklette, no Im not going to be treating the tank, Im going to medicate the fish orally. Medicating the food and then feeding the fish directly.

Oh okay, sorry about my, my apologies.

You can't overdose.
