whats wrong

My kel has got a spot on his head. I notice a small spot last night but a big bump raw looking place. I dont know if its a disease or from banging into something. I will post pics and help please let me know what you think it is and what I should do. He is eating great and so is everyone else in the tank. no one else has anything wrong with them. No new members for a few months. Please help.my picture taking skills suck

I do have some pretty jagged driftwood in there. Not to mention he spazes if you come in the room fast. Its funny my monos dont freak out about anything. the kels freak out about everything.
