need to see some other photos with more of his body. The one you have now looks to me like there is some damage to the lower abdomen and anal fin area. Looks swollen and possibly like some sort of fight may have happened and potential internal issue. But cant be for sure due to needing more pictures.

It does sound like some sort of swim bladder issue. But it will really make a difference if there has been some fighting thats caused it. It may already be to late.
 
Did u just get him?????? Because when i got mine he was doing the same he would swim and then sink like he was dead woukdnt move but his gills. I was worried but i put him in the hospital tank clean water. And with in 3 days he was good as new. Thats him he sinked in between the rocks.

Def some damage to the abdomen and the peduncle. Any updates?
 
All you can really do is prop him against the glass or something to keep him upright and make sure the water is pristine as possible. By the looks of it, the chances of him recovering is slim to none.
