Mine: Involves going on a diet, but not for me -- my fish lol. While I wouldn't say I overfeed outrageously (it's more a matter of reducing frequency as my fish move into young adulthood), for sure I'll admit they're all on the hefty side and know this isn't good, esp. long-term. So basically my resolution is to stop being such a softy with begging fish -- not easy when it's a hangry 19" Arowana acting like a starving African Cichlid, or a doe-eyed Datnoid putting on the drama, but it has to be done.

So what's your aquatic related New Year's resolution (or even special project you want to complete) for the upcoming year? We all know how easy it is to forget or give up on such resolutions but maybe by publicly stating them it will increase the chances we realize them lol. Hope everyone has a great 2020!

I'm not big on resolutions, but I think:
-Being satisfied with my hardscapes
-Being satisfied with my current stock.

I'm one of those guys who is constantly trying to attain the unattainable perfect scape. That can be frustrating.

I also keep quite an array of awsome Cichlids & Loaches. My tanks are at full capacity. No need for any acquisitions.
Definitely need to limit trips to the fish store. Lol.

I think my Aquatic goal for the year is bigger, better, bolder.

but on the reality of things that will actually happen is I need to make sure my wife, and soon to be daughter are loved really well. Or else non of these goals mean anything. I have heard a few recent stories of marriages falling apart because of all this and I would rather not follow suit.

Haha, that's a very good seg way into my answer......because to fulfill any of my fishy dreams in 2020 i'll probably have to divorce the wife first!!!! :naughty:
