Neither of my LFS have power bills much more than that, so you REALLY need to check and see what's going on.
I have 11 tanks up and running right now, 15 previously (albeit nothing over 125g), lots of filters and heaters though, a couple of reef tanks, and my bill overall is around $214, that includes my cable, water and all other utilities.
