What's your favorite Cichlid?

I'd say my all time favorite are the convicts.

Crenicichla Alta, Regani, and Cobra. My favorite fish are pikes, and then next are of course Thorincthys Gold Mixteco and Heros sp. "Rotkiel".

I'm a big fan of all the parachromis, tiger red motaguense in particular.

jaguars are my favorite, very hearty wicked looking fish. very mean sly looking eyes. good coloration 2. i wish i had the tank space for an adult male. I envy anyone who owns a healthy 10-12" male. one sweet looking cichlid.

Get to over 14" long and eats everything and has the best looking color!

I would have to say oscars. Love their color, personalities and especially their intelligence. Jack Dempsey's are nice as well.
