What's your favorite Cichlid?

Mine has to be almost any full-grown, well raised Central or S.A. cichlid. Not often you see them around at all.
If I had to pick one, then how about as close to a Blood Red Midas with and ugly huge nuchal hump. Definitely my dream fish. Jaguars, though I really like them, won't include here, as it is almost the only large Central I see on a regular basis, so it has 'worn off some', though I am thinking of getting one again
