What's your favorite cut of steak?

I like mine bloody but warm. Ive eaten straight seasoned raw ribeye before but prefer it to be at least warmed through. I won't eat anything that's not bleeding on the plate. ;)

One of these days I'll give rare a try but I don't want to see any blood.

Finally. Someone that gets their steak like me. This is exactly how it has to be for me to eat it. I like it warm bloody and mooing.

Never tried rare but I've tried medium rare. Medium is my favorite. I love marinated elk tenderloin in herbs, brown sugar and ghost pepper sauce fried over the stove but it usually ends up medium well. Speaking of elk steak, i think I need to start thawing some out right now.

I usually order a New York if I go out, but as long as it is nice and rare I'm happy with pretty much any steak.
 
My preferred cuts are new york and ribeye. I usually order it rare but can eat it from blue up to med rare.
