No your pic isn't my fish (so you didn't find the nicest one) lol.. The male I posted about above has a unique double midlateral spot on the flanks. This is the only species in the geophaginae I would consider keeping again in my hard water BTW. One day I'll keep this species again :D

EDIT: OP you NEED to have a look at this thread when trying to find pics of eartheaters. This has to be one of my favorite threads on this site!
