Red-tail giant... If I could only find one I've got a few "banded" gouramis because of freakin common names.

i don't mind that, they really define a true monster + they have the personality. what more can i ask for?

I like 'em, but they have a face only a mother could love

yeah those red-tails are really hard to come by-

Pearl gourami and red tail giants got them at the LFS at $50, but no space.

If i had a huge tank it would be Giant gourami. For a smaller tank i say either Blue gourami and for like a 10g i would get a honey gourami.
