leeches in rivers and they catch SMB walleye sucker sturgeon and sheephead. Clear water lakes i jig leeches and troll minnows (not shinners they we're banned for health issues) and muggy lakes i try to use flashy spoons with minnows. know your lake not your bait it makes a world of difference.

im pretty sure its illegal in most states...



but my favorite to use is crappie minnows.. just because i love fishing crappies.. when im not fishing crappies im fishing walleye.. then i ues leeches..

i also feed the left overs to my fishies... after proper qt of course..

This is the same in the uk
 
hillgremites!! ive caught smallmouth, largemounth, 4 or 5 types of panfish, carp, walleye, trout, channel cats, white cats, bull head cats, and striped bass. basically everything in the river not only will eat them but love them

lol thats funny the area PETCO by me is an ich factory. Every tank is ich . I never saw anything like it in my life

thats like walmart by me.
i find for saltwater that mullet and spearing work best. for freshwater i gotta stick with nightcrawlers.
