Not sure about Favorite, but LEAST favorite is definitely E-mail, and in a way, also the internet...

The reason being that most professionals now a days have to lead a 24 hour lifestyle just because information can be sent to one another with just 1 click of a button, and clients definitely know how to take advantage of this...

Like back in the late 80's or even early 90's there was no way possible to basically send a large design floor plan or canvas art design to a client for approval unless you literally snail mailed it to them or sat down with them at a meeting to discuss it... now a days, just zip it up and send it or use one of the million file transfer sites and send it over and sometimes within minutes you will have a reply and its back to work...

I'm going to say refrigerator because I didn't have one for a couple of weeks and I always get off work around 3am so I was constantly having to drive to the store before I went home to find something I could microwave and eat without any leftovers.

Sliced Bread.

Can you imagine, every time you wanted to make a quick lil PB&J (with rooster sauce for Chris), you'd have to break out the hack-saw and carve off a couple of hunks of bread... That sucks!

^THIS! So much of this! And now, its not even the communication that customers have started to expect in an instant. They expect the work to be done in the same amount of time it takes to send an email. Since all you have to do is "click" a mouse they forget about artist/engineering/design process and thought... They want it NOW!
