i listen to pretty much anything..my all time faves are LED ZEP, BLACK SABBATH, TOOL, GUNS N ROSES, METTALICA, PANTERA,HENDRIX,DOORS, NIRVANA , PEARL JAM,SOUNDGARDEN,ALICE IN CHAINS, STP,KORN,SYSTEM OF A DOWN,TOAD D WET SPROCKET, VELVET REVOLVER, BOB MARLEY, 2pac,p. diddy or daddy is it, snoop and old skool death row tracks, jay z, pharrel, N.E.R.D....

Not at all actually, I'm 24, and have got into most of this stuff myself. I've been listening to beefheart since I was a kid.

For example - I'm a big fan of Love/Arthur Lee. I got into that through hearing Arthur prompted Elektra to check out and sign the doors, and that he did hendrix's first ever studio recordings. I heard some of his music and was like F*CK. Arthur is the man. Even now, I've seen him live twice, and the magic band. Sans beefheart of course.
 
I mostly like alt/industrial-influenced rock. My top three are The Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails, and Marilyn Manson. I also love Radiohead, Gary Numan, Pearl Jam, Natalie Merchant, David Bowie, and Avril Lavigne.

I used to want to marry Natalie Merchant...

Actually English is still considered one of the main languages in Hong Kong that and cantonese, manadarin i think has actually recently been added to the list of offical languages in Hong kong. It use to be a british empire remember? Oh wait you probably think Hong Kong is in Japan. :grinno:

Hip Hop is HUGE in hong kong.. 9/10 of the popular clubs you go to in hong kong all play hip hop. You do get the occasional non hip hop night tho
