I miss mine SO much! they are such affectionate animals. I knew it was love when she regurged on me.

LOL, my Hahns macaw used to do the same thing. That's when I knew her devotion was getting a tad unhealthy.

Thats an awesome turtle u got there!! my favourite turtle has to be the mata mata turtle. I dont own one but its something id like to own one day. Very similar to snapping turtles, but are much slower in nature and originate from the acidic waters of South America

And I know what you mean I think there are very few animals that you can have that are capable to show the kind of affection that some of the parrots can.

My African bullfrog, even though I only get to see him up half of the year.

.

My Marbled Crayfish! all 500 of them!

i have a small zoo and i like the all equal i have
5 fish tanks
2 cats
1 bird blue crowned conure
1 dog

my burm 'the chidcatcher', he is just such a truly amazing snake. when i cuddle him i actually feel my heart warm up. i love my other snakes too but hes the only one that if i think about him dead i well up straight away. (not that i think about my pets dead often). hes extremely personable for a snake and just loves the affection. he will rub his head against ur hand until u scratch him there and then fall asleep un til u wake him up.

also my bosc caleb, although iv not handled him hes been extremely rewarding. he came from such a bad home that i didnt think i had a hope of taming him up. but hes come such a long way that i think handling is just round the corner.

I'd definitely have to pick my dog, Sophie. She's my hiking buddy.

As for reptile, I'm torn between my Ackie Monitors (something I've always wanted to own) and my Box Turtles which I've had for such a long time.
