whats your fishes feeding schedule

I feed my brood each morning except on the weekend.I like to see a slight bulge in their bellies so they can spend the rest of the day burning it off.

I feed my cichlids once a day just before or after lights-out. I feed them the following:
Hikari Sinking Cichlid Gold
Hikari Sinking Cichlid Excel
Hikari Bottomfeeder Wafers
NLS Cichlid Pellets
NLS Growth Pellets
O.S.I. Spirulina Flake
Frozen Bloodworms/Tubifex and Freeze-Dried Daphnia (occasionally)

My growout tank for my Steindachneri fry gets fed 4x a day (automatic feeder).

My other tanks get fed every other day.

My polleni eats once a day... crays eat every other day, and as for my puffer, she eats about once every 2 days or so depending how full she still looks...

I feed most of my fish once before i got to work, than again around 11pm before bed. My aro gets one feeding a day on most days. Some days he will not accept just one feeding. He will loiter at his feeding spot till i give in.

later when i have more time i go catch nightcrawlers or i give them
live feeder fish or shrimp for a treat

Once or twice a day generally. Sometimes a third and I always skip all feedings at least once a week. Food selection varies daily between about 5 different frozen foods, 2 freeze dried and a mix of pellets, flakes and freeze dried. Veggies too
