what's your fishing pole setup

The one you fish with the most

That's entirely dependent on season and species. I'll give a brief overview off the top of my head.

I got a 6'6" medium heavy and a 7 foot one piece ultra light for summer and canoe fishing.

I have a 9' medium heavy and a 10' medium for chucking heavy lure for bigger species, salmon, musky, etc.

I have 2 fly rods, one for bigger fish one for not as big fish (sorry the fly rod weights are still unfamiliar to me because I don't fly fish near enough).

I have 2 beater rods, a 6'6" and a 9' to loan friends. I have one downrigger rod for when I get out in boats.

Onto the bulk of my fishing, winter Steelhead and river run salmon. I have 2 spinning float rods, a 10'6" and a 13'6" depending on a) the size of river I fish and b) degree of Bush around me for casting. The 13'6" I sometimes use for bottom bouncing or still fishing in bigger rivers.

I have a 9'6" ultra lite trout rod for small creeks and to small spinners. I have a 10'6" medium for bottom bouncing, medium lures, and is my most versatile all around rod.

Now my favourites :) I have a 10'6" Fenwick centrepin float rod. I use this for medium rivers or when I do a bunch of bushwhacking, but mostly backup. My favourite rod I'd a 14' custom tied Raven IM8 centrepin rod. It bends in a full loop almost sometimes, tons of hookset power, and great sensitivity for the light hits, with enough power to horse em in from big rivers. These guys I interchange my islander steelheader reel for, my next big purchase will be a nicer centrepin reel.

Still missing a bait caster. My spinning reels are such crap though that I'd probably be better off upgrading those first, I can do whatever with a spinning rod that I would with a bait caster. Could also use a nice dedicated musky rod, but I don't go fishing for them enough.

same here, - around 15 in my car at any given time and another 15 at home

I love the guys that have all the browning and g Loomis and St Croix fishing and hunting stickers on their cars. Basically just says "break into this car here, I probably have a ton of gear in my car".

That said, when I was young I had 2500 worth of fishing gear stolen from my car, broken window. Lesson learned, but not really because I still keep gear in my car because I go fishing more days of the week than I don't.

For Trout and stream fishing, I use a 5ft UL Berkley Lightning Rod w/ 4lb test on a Shimano Sienna, usually a size #14 hook and a BB-splitshot
For Bass I use a 5 foot Mitchell graphite (stiff backbone), w/ a Shimano AX reel w/ 6lb Trilene XT and whatever I tie on that day
For bigger Bass, Pike and Walleye I use a 7 ft Ugly Stik Lite or a Zebco Rhino w/ 10 or 12lb test
For even BIGGER bass in heavy cover, I use a 5.5' ft Rapala graphite, 5.5' Ugly Stik, 6.5' Ugly Stik, 6.5ft Quantum Torsion and several baitcasters - Quantum 310, Daiwa Millenia, Abu-Garcia Ambassaduers, etc w/ 10-20lbs test
For Musky, Striper(non-tidal), Flatheads and other big game, I use a few 7 ft rods, ranging from Ugly stiks to E-Glass w/ 20lb test and varying rigs depending on depth and target species
For Bay and inland SW or Brackish estuaries (Surf and Sea-wall or piers), I use the previous 3, as well as a few others in the 7 - 12ft range and 20-30lbs test, or if need be, 50-80lb braid
For Ocean fishing (Surf), I use 10-12 ft Surf casting rods to keep the line from getting washed in by the breakers w 20-30lb test, Ande preferably
For Fly fishing, medium action 8.5' Fly rod, Eagle Claw graphite and I also have another one I try not to use because it is old and irreplaceable, 7ft.

Gonna go ahead and stop there cuz I think that's the ones I use most even though I have at least 3 of the same weight/class rods and reels for each target species and I will use all 3 when I can those are my favorites
