what's your worst purchase

wasn't my purchase but when I was single and had a Malawi cichlid tank... my roomate thought he'd be nice and buy me some fish. 2 Bala Sharks about 1.5" each. One didn't make it an hour and the other floated for a while with absolutely NO fins or tail. We actually saved that bala shark. I have no Idea how he survive but we swapped tanks and he lived.
 
My worst buy was a 3-4" common pleco to help out with the algae in a tank with my 10" clown knife I'd had since he was a couple inches. The next morning I had a floating knife with the dead pleco caught in its throat.

I actually walked in on it doing its dastardly deed. The tang would swim up beside a fish and then erect its spines ( those little white lines at base of tail ) and slap them into the fishes body over and over again. He killed all the fish in the tank in 1 day while I was at work. Let me tell you...he went for a toilet ride.

my worst purchased was a african lungfish. e only time tat he'll moved, is to eat n breath. after keeping for few months i give away to a friend.

juz few months ago i bought the same fish :confused: dont know wat i was thinkin
