Probably just senses peoples feelings and is in tune to when people are about to die. I heard them say on they don't know these people are about to die until the cat comes which is b.s. because anyone who is a nurse in a nursing home knows the tell tail signs days before the person is gonna die. Usually they call familys more than 4 hours before hand to say that person is getting close.
