When do I do my first H2o change?

So I should cut down on the feeders in the tank??
I thought that a lot of feeders would make a lot of pooh thus making my amonia/nitr higher and eventually to zero.

Wont it be to my benefit? Man, I should of went to fish college

Nah, just with the amount of fish in there the bioload is huge. Then again what are you getting the tank cycled for? If what you're putting in will also output as much as the 40-50 feeders, you should be fine. Otherwise you may be in store for another mini-cycle.

Today Im ganna wash out my sand and add it in the tank. Should I aslo start to add the driftwood and the plants I plan to have in it? Or will the plants just slow down the process????

What is it that drops the amonia/nit when the water is almost cycled??
Is it the BB?

Okay, it is now closing in on 2 weeks for my cycling process.

How close does it look like to being done??

First pic was last week and 2nd is from yesterday

yesterday...

Amonia was @ .25-.5 (to close to tell)
Nitrite @ 2.0 (2nd to last color, I think it is 2.0)
Nitrate @ 80 (2nd to last color also)
The pics look lighter than they were in person (trust me, its the lighting)

I noticed my amonia is still low, is this a good sign or not??
How far does it look like to being done??
