No. Let your shark adjust to it's surroundings. Not eating in the first week is normal, and you might just be stressing him.
This is the shark with the injury, right? Take care of that first. I've never seen a coral cat sit in the open like that and it could be a sign of distress. Once he's cured, try some whole smelt (not fileted or cleaned), cut them into bite size sections and feed him ones with guts hanging out. I've never seen a healthy shark turn that down.
