When do you look at your tanks?

Front room gotta get the old spare tank up and running again. We'll probably put another 50 G tall tank if I can find one in are bedroom again when we are able. My wife and I love the sound of flowing water, relaxing, peaceful and awesome

To be honest I like them in the garage as its cut off from the rest of the house like my room. Now the kids have moved out bar one thats moved back in the plan is to buy a smaller house but with more land an an outhouse that I can insulate and build a big tropical pond in. Thats the plan anyway!The guy I bought the 1100 from (Knobhill) had the tank in his garage. I don’t think he watched the fish as much as he would have if it was in his house.
I use to keep all my tanks in a spare bedroom, same thing, I would only go in there to feed them and maintenance. For me, having the tanks in the living area is perfect. Of course this has to be worked out with the wife. Mine agreed to the 1100 if all the tanks in the spare bedroom were gone.
We are both happier now

I view my tanks briefly during feedings and at other times during the week I'll enjoy a few minutes watching their movements and interactions with each other.
