when should i add fish?

You'll need to cycle the tank before you can add fish! The process usually takes about a month. If you skip this very, very important step, your fish probably won't make it... Did I mention this is a very important step? LOL.

thanks everyone! yeah im almost a week in and im getting antsy. didnt know it would take a month though... i guess ill take this guy up on his offer. 30 gal saltwater tank up and running for 4 years. 1 clown and 1blk n wht damsel for $10o... think ill set that up just to take my mind off the 55
