When should i do a water change?

Just recently moved my reef tank to another house..used about 30 percent of the old water...all paramaters are in check....coraline is takin over already after a month.. just curious as to when i can resume my regular schedule of water changes which was 2 times a month....


Also alot of my sponges are generating lonnnng tentacles that arent so attractive was wondering was this normal and what could i do to control it?

You should be just fine to start doing normal water changes.

As far as the sponges I am not sure, sounds pretty weird. Would you be able to post a pic? I am interested to see what you are talking about.

been trying to post pics from my phone since last night.....darn iphone keeps saying invalid file when i upload:irked:
 
I apologize, I have not seen this before. I am going to do a little research and see if I can find anything about them.
