It looks like the aquarium is empty. Maybe some places to hide and or a well fed fish before putting them together? He definatly would have got it sooner than later. It's a trip on how long a head will live aint it?

I just realised that guy complaining about this site said he had never had any fish deaths in the last 2 years. He didnt mention anyhting about keeping fish so hes obviosly not going to have any deaths if he dosent have any fish.
