i don't think there's any harm letting the fry stay with their parents for the next couple of weeks. if you take them all out now there's a chance the pair bond will break up.
what i would do is remove the fry when it becomes apparent that the pair are about the lay another batch.
but in the mean time, what's the rush? sit back and enjoy some classic cichlid parenting behavior.
