When will teugelsi be back in season?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
If you need a tank, I can give you a free 29 with an aqua clear mini HOB filter. I got it for free from some people at the place I work. I can grab you some of my cycled media while I’m at it too.

The fish is only about 4” long, so the 29 should last a while, and the aqua clear should hold it over until you can get some better filtration.

Your the man bro !

Yeah if I take you up on the offer it would be in the 29 for maybe a couple weeks. As I already have some money saved back for a the tank. I just need to find what I want and then all the fish would either be in a 75 or 90 gallon for about 8 months while I build my 390 tank 7*3.

I’ll have to see if we can find the time to drive up there. I’ve been working 7 days a week for extra money for Christmas but I just got an awesome raise, so idk if I’ll keep on doing that.

But i really want to do it because not only would I be living up to my screen name once again but I would get to meet one of the poly gang too haha not too many fish and people around my area. It seems everyone is in northern Ohio:D

75/90 same footprint. Go with the cheaper tank since this is only a grow out and not a " for life tank."

Yeah he is! lol

The only reason i was considering a 90 is for the extra volume for the sake of water quality:D

My teug actually grew pretty well too

Got her in late March at about 4”

And about 3 months later at are 8.5”-9”

Yeah, good growth but not an inch per week - meaning the 29 will work for you for a few months. :) I'm trying to encourage your Teug wrangling here! LOL

This one is priced at $69.99. I’m not sure what the prices for these usually are, but my LFS is known to be a little high on their prices. However, they usually have some pretty high quality oddball fish. This teug is very active in its tank here. So, let me know what you think.

No worries.

It is definitely worth the trip to check out Gerbers. You will probably just want to have some tanks ready and some cash to spend. That way you are in the position to impulse buy some fish you see there and go ahead and take them home. Lol

Yeah I’m pretty sure I’ve heard of it. Like I said once all this holiday extra work is over. I’ll have a lot more free time. Is this your go to place or are there any other fish shops in your area?

Yeah it wasn’t bad at all. Everyone got along alright. And it was an extremely fun tank the only reason I really got out of the hobby was my CB PBB jumped out and it was heartbreaking for me and I lost interest. I even bought a new one to replace him ($150) and it didn’t make it better. So I ended up selling the whole set up to my LFS for $100
