Even a pair isn't that aggressive. My 7" green pair had eggs a few weeks ago and the would nip every now n then but nothing compared to what othe SA cichlids will do to other fish. I guess it just depends on the individual fish and how it has been treated and what kind if fish it has been with

Severums are usually called " the poor mans discus" same attitude for the most part as well

just wanted to say thanks for the advice of keeping the severum as i must say it has really grown on me.

These fish are so interactive, it already will feed from my hand and rushes to the front of the tank when anyone approaches.

shame i dont have room for more :( will sevs of different colours life together?
