I'm not very big but I haven't tried anything more than a 45 by myself.

I've moved/re-adjusted my 75g (when empty) along with it's stand on my own, but there's no way I could lift it that's for sure.

Then again, I'm female so that's not surprising lol

For all that i fabricated 4 rugby players ( 2 of them regional muay- tay champions ) :) between 18 and 22..

In all honnesty, if i want to, i do not need to carry one pound, hehehen

One of my muay thay boys talks a lot about those guys. He tells me if a good one gets him on the floor, he , my son, has no chance at all....

So, in your opinion, what is the most complete art?

Yeah muay-Thai isn't much once your grounded.

In my honest opinion mma is the most complete Because the mixture of different techniques used. It's not just boxing , kick boxing or muay-Thai but a mix of all fighting styles. When I first started I was a boxer. Just liked to stay standing and box then one day I was helping my cousin train for a fight and I kept getting grounded and couldn't do much but keep from getting submitted. Then I decided to take up Bjj and it made a world of difference. Since not only can I strike but now I can protect myself better on the ground and I know what openings to look for in submissions.
