hint its a river named after a state, but not located in the state. lol if that makes sense.

I am going to need a hint about the walkway. I cant seem to find anything very similar to it, another picture of the same place would be great, or any other hint. Technically, its not iloveoscars turn is it??? Either way I will look for his pic now because I cant seem to find this walkway thing.

Okay here's another shot of it. It's in California...

Btw, iloveoscars pic is the Colorado River, and I'm guessing that was taken somwehere in AZ.
