where can I buy cheaper feeder fish in LA?

Hey, Ushan. Goldfishes are a nest of monogenean, especially dactylogirus in his gills. Don't recommend you. I will tell you a secret. My wild Largemouth bass only fed live feeders. Palatability is a main topic of taste. only, I tried to feed him with pellets, but, nothing. Then, I tried to feed him with pellets that were scrubbed against skin of live carp, previous quarantine. It was a success. He began to feed pellets with previous contact of skin. This is for several cells of the skin that produce mucus. After, few days later only fed with normal pellets. Can you try with big pellets like hikari carnivore pellets. I suppose that could work with a gregarious fish "bait fish", this have a skin cells, is called Club cells "alarm", never use mucus of carnivore fishes, could produce the oppossite effect. It's a complex biology. Good lucky, man.

Maybe you should get other fish if they are a burden to you. Not being rude, jsut giving you something to think about. I was in the same position before and decided it was not worth it. But maybe you should breed your own? maybe fathead minnows.
