Where can I get a makeshift tortoise enclosure

If a 6 foot pool is too big, then I hope you have done your research and know how big these guys get, and they need room to wander - they are not lazy, passive animals that sit in one place. A 6-8 foot pool is pretty much the minimum size for an adult or two.
That said - is yours still a baby?

Yeah I know all about them, I was given it as a baby because it was being neglected. its still in a terrarium right now but i regularly let her out to roam around, shes not too big maybe 6"-7" but shes a few years old. probably stunted from poor conditions. I just feel like I could give her a larger enclosure right now and I want the animal to be more happy

if the book case is too large, you can always get an old wardrobe or drawer and pull the shelves and doors off, it's incredibly cheap, I'm planning to do a bookcase for my Greek. I always let my Greek roam around the house in my view while creating obsticle courses for him to play on. I make a new one every day.

Exactly, He may not have the largest enclosure right now, but he get to roam, hes regularly misted and has a really great varied diet including meat which a lot of red foot owners seem to neglect (its part of their natural diet)
So far the tortoise has a great life and I'm just thinking of ways to make it better. When I moved house I had to put all my fish in rubbermaid containers when I moved my 225, I was curious if there was something like that but with a much broader footprints. all the long ones arent wide and all the wide ones are square...

Hmmmmmmm.... interesting,
Seems a little odd to me that you know all about the tortoise, yet your having trouble and need help finding a simple open top container.

tortoise knowledge and container awareness have nothing to do with eachother.
