Where can I get Olive Oscars?

The fish in my shot (plus the others like it in the tank at Shedd) are beasts; at least 16 inches each and probably bigger. I'm trying to underestimate for the sake of accuracy. They are considered a wild type, and I've just always found them to be very attractive, especially with the splash of red these have.

I had a tiger Oscar that had a lot of olive color. He didn't seem to have the color when young, but developed it when older. Sorry I don't have pics. He was mostly black and orange when young.

I had a solid olive one when I was younger. No pics of it though. I have no idea if it was wild or not. This was in the 90's before the digital age. But it was solid olive with orange spots on its belly from the time I got it as a juvi until I got rid of it. It was probably 13 inches or so. Average size for an Oscar. I've seen the ones at Shedd. They don't look a thing like mine did. Mine was the color of a green olive.
