If you're going glass then best to build it on-site on the stand where it will stay. The 2400x1200x15mm base panel for my tank was bloody heavy, and the entire tank would weigh close to 400kg. Not impossible to move, but very difficult! That said, the weight of the tank is only a part of the difficulty of moving a large aquarium, the big fish are even more of a problem! If you can build the tank on-site I wouldn't give too much consideration to weight unles you're planning on moving soon.

Depends on the brand and the exact measurements, but you can try here.

That place isn't in business anymore. I don't know why their website is still up lol

thanks guys....going to look into the both of them.....looking for maybe a 450........7'x3'x3' comes out to 471 gallons im hoping they do custom rims and braces.....thanks again!!
you can try these guys http://www.aquariumframeswholesale.com/http://www.aquariumframeswholesale.com/

they do some custom frames but i don't think they can do anything for a tank that big. The reason why you will most likely never find a place that will do custom frames like that is because of the time and money required to make the molds for those one piece frames that you see on standard tanks. i don't know exact prices but i can tell you those molds cost at least tens of thousands of dollars to make. Companies aren't going to make a mold for a frame that they will only sell a few of them.

I just bought some trim pieces from them a couple months back.
