35' clear hose for water changing----i heard garden hose are not recommended?? why???

astaxthin and spirulina powder??----what brand should i look for? and how much do they usually cost??

I simply go to my local hardware store and get the vinyl tubing... fairly inexpensive.

As for which brand of food, simply read the ingredient label, they're all more or less the same.

cool, i wonder if home depot would have a 3/4 size hose

and what i mean a seperate bottle of each sprulina and astaxanthin

Home depot carries all the tubing you could possibly need, but once you get to 3/4", it's not so cheap anymore. Spirulina poweder can be bought in most health food stores. The other you mentioned, I've never heard of.

3/4" at homedepot is like $1 a foot...

the problem with garden hoses comes from them being in the sun/getting warm.. so if you get a new hose and keep it inside you should not have a problem.... or thats atleast what ive heard...... i use vinyl..

The vinyl hose isnt cheap around me it was cheaper to buy a few python hoses than to get the hose at the hardware store.You can look for drinking water safe hose,but that seemed like work lol

i was at home depot yesterday, and all their hose are chopped off into 10'. i ive been to a couple of HD and OSH and seems like all their clear hose are by 10'. maybe i didnt look enough but are you guys sure HD carries them?

and btw, why arent garden hose recommended??
