They have 50' sections of 1 1/2" pool hose for 30$ at homedepot.com If you don't have small fish you can move alot of water with a hose that big. I am going to try to pick one up I am currently using a 1" tube and I can drain over 50% of my 125 in like 6 min.

Mildewcide added to the hose during manufacturing.usually says on the packaging not for drinking water.Theres been a few threads about garden hose killing off a tankful of fish.
its like 30 cents a foot at almost all hardware stores. Just muster up the courage to ask someone where they keep the spools of tubing. Then they cut it to length for you. This really is not a difficult obtain. You dont even need a license 
The hose you use needs to be water potable(sp?). Thats why most garden hoses are not recomended unless it says "water potable".
