Hi , I keep seeing it written ..
NICE LOOKING ANIMAL!!
This Animal has nice markings !!
I thought that rays were infact FISHES

fish are under the classification of "Animalia"
So fish are animals......Try doing some research before putting up a thread like this.

I refer to fish as animals. More so when its a more exotic or better looking specimen

They are fish !
Why not put that it is a nice looking fish ?
I understand that they are classed as Animals
fish are under the classification of "Animalia" as you put
You missed the question ?
Why has this term appeard particularly with they rays
As for Idiot ... Well .. That I may be .:nilly:

My reasoning as to why rays are more often referred to as animals rather than fish, is because they don't exactly look like stereotypical fish, like cichlids or characins.
