Oh, and go to swap meets. I got a 40g hex tank with stand for $15 bucks as well. Also got two fluval 405s for $20 at one.
in my experience most big fish dont like to hide. they are more in your face lol. but a cheap nice looking option is the large clay flower pots. they make awesome fish caves for shelter and spawning, and they are cheap. great look with natural color gravel too. i have bought two tanks new. all of my many others were from craigslist.jeep07;4515871; said:Also, for a huge tank like 500 gallons, what kind of decorations could u put in there to hide your huge fish?
