Where do you buy MOST of your stuff?

Some people buy it from an LFS. Some online. Some just scrounge and trade for everything, and some don'y buy ANYTHING because there parents buy it for them! Where do you get MOST of your stuff?

I support small private local fish stores, as they are the ones that will keep the hobby going, and actually care about their customers. Although, there are several small online business that are worth working with as well.

mostly online. i buy almost all of my equipment from foster and smith, or pet solutions-and the food comes from an online seller that sells really great african cichlid food-my fish love it.

ill get the hikaru pellets from wallyworld-we only have ONE lfs in my town-Petland-and its waaay too expensive for my taste lol.

i do buy a lot of stuff online - i mean mfk has some real good deals pretty often, but whenever you go to the lfs, you just end up buying something even though you only came into take a look

I try to do the same. But I've gotten stuff through MFK buy/sell, Ebay, Drsfoster & Smiths, Bigalsonline, trades with friends, of course LFS, and occasional chainstores.

Got my 55g tank, gravel, and filter through trade. So i picked Beg, borrow, TRADE, or scrounge hehe

If I have to buy from a retailer it's from the little guy in the strip mall by my house.(mostly pellet food)
But all of my tanks were found broken in various dumpsters/garage sales. And I make whatever I can. The only thing you can't make cheaper is gravel vacuums and air pumps.
And any frozen food comes from the China Town grocery store. If you are as cheap as me hang out with the Chinese, you'll get along fine.

I work at an lfs, and get stuff for cost. I still buy food, filters, and water conditioner online.
