I use www.mp3search.ru it's really good and 200 songs for $20 is good. They also have new much and not just old songs.
i read the fine print on their liability page and it says they cannot speak on the legality of the people DLing those mp3s who are not in Russia. lol
they know they are 100% illegal. i would have thought the RIAA would hit them up first since they have all customer info/cc # on file.
