Whatever happened to "Polypterus" was a regular on the Gar forum?

If I recall correctly, he's still on here but is using a different username now. I'm pretty sure that there was a misunderstanding regarding his ban, and he was allowed to make a new username shortly after that.

Xander or one of the other mods who frequent the gar sub-forum can probably elaborate more on this topic.
