Where the mess do you get Bubble Wrap?

Where can you find it at Walmart? I need about two feet of it, maybe three...lol. You'd think it would be in the mail/postage supplies part.....hmmm...

I think I can only get it at my local Post Office. They sell it along with large packages for mail etc.
