Dragon Aquarium in Mississauga has them every time I visit.

Alternative Aquariums in Burlington will entertain Livestock requests.

I've seen one (but was quickly sold) at Lucky's Aquarium in Market Villlage / Pacific Mall

I asked them about it once, they said if you want a certain species, they can order it for you.

Which is how I got my Palmas...
