I have also heard glasscages has some bad rep. I only use thier site for sizing since they have a nice list of how big tanks are and how many gallons they are. Good guide for deciding how big you want to go.

great replies thanks , as part of the deal with my wife she gets my fish room (two 75's and a 125 )to turn into a bedroom I get to put the new big tank into the living room , so it will for sure be a show tank, looks like it'll be acrylic at this point ,but I have my ad's on craigs list , might have to give it a month, hahahashe wants her room ,I want my tank

checked out a 240 on craigslist , at least fifteen years old, maybe 20 , an Island I think , pretty serious bubbles in the silicone , didn't have the extre silicone on the vertical joints stand and light , would not come down from $1000 dollars , tried to convince me I was getting quite the deal, I walked away with the $650 I had in my wallet guess I'll have to wait a little longer

A living room tank, if money is not the issue try a 300 tall. Shows better than 240 and takes the same floor space.

Craigslist my friend. I got myself a 300 with EVERYTHING for 200 bucks. You just got to keep your eye out
